Thank you to the many faculty and staff members who participated in meetings last week with candidates for the college’s interim vice president positions. Your feedback was a critically important part of our evaluation criteria.
At Tuesday’s meeting, the Board of Trustees approved the selection of MaryAnn Janosik, Ph.D. and Vance Valerio, Ph.D. as our interim leaders in Academic Affairs and Enrollment Management and Student Development, respectively. Their resumes are posted in the President’s Corner of Blackboard for review.
Dr. Janosik will begin on Monday, Oct. 9, and Dr. Valerio will start a week later on Monday, Oct. 16. Please join me in welcoming them to the college.
